§2 We do not oppose lively or controverse discussions. However these should be conducted in a manner that is constructive, encouraging dialogue between members. Threads that are disrespectful, threatening, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another's privacy, or bad-mannered will be closed immediately.
§3 Since we can not control every single forum entry, you as the author are solely responsible for your postings. We also do not give any guarantees on the authenticity of content posted by others. §5 The posting of private messages without obtaining prior approval from the parties involved is strictly prohibited.
§6 50plus-Club reserves the right to delete any threads or entries that,
- do not comply with §4 and §5 of the Forum’s Rules of Use.
- have nothing to do with the thread topic or the discussion being held, completely off topic remarks or posts that have no real relevance to the subject matter.
- have been written by members who have left the community.
§7 You are not allowed to post your or anyone's real name, home/work address, phone number, email address, IP Number, URL’s, ICQ-adress or any other means of contact.
§8 The administrator and moderator of this forum are not liable to you for any act performed in good faith or for any good faith failure to act. The administrator and moderator have the right to monitor, edit or remove any content at any time they should see fit to do so and have the final say on all matters concerning this forum. They are under no circumstances to be held liable for any of their actions.
§9 Please make sure to enter your postings under the matching topic. Also, please use the search function to avoid repeat postings or contributions that have been said before.
