Thought I'd share this with you as food is a topic on the site. For quite a while now I have been using the BBC Good Food guide a source of good recipes and great ideas.

The recipe for braised oxtail is so simple and it has to be one of the tastiest ways to eat beef, slow cooked the meat just falls off the bone, go here for the recipe http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/5534/braised-oxtail-with-basil-dumplings
I don't normally make the dumplings, but nuke some small potatoes for a few minutes and then add them to the pot along with some broccoli towards the end of the cook along with some spinach and some chopped green beans.
Try it out, you will not be disappointed.
